About Usui Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word "Reiki" comes from Japanese, combining "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life force energy). It is administered by "laying on hands" and harnessing the universal energy which unites all things. This energy can be directed, through connection with Reiki, to address energy imbalances within the body and environment, allowing for better energy flow; releasing tension, anxiety and emotional blockages, reducing pain and providing clarity of mind and deep relaxation.

Remote Reiki allows for distanced connection, based on the idea that all things are made up of energy and are therefore interconnected. Remote Reiki works by connecting through the network of universal energy to allow distanced healing. This provides the option to benefit from the power of energy healing from the comfort of your own home.

Remote Reiki Healing

£50 one hour session

Remote Reiki is for clients who prefer to receive energy healing while being cosy in their own home. Because Reiki is the essence of universal energy, a healing session can be shared remotely. We are truly all connected.

In Person Reiki Healing

£65 one hour session

For clients who prefer to receive energy healing face to face.

One hour, in person, sessions with location options in Pevensey Bay and Eastbourne Town Centre.

Sessions include consultation and feedback.

• 60 mins tech-free Remote Reiki healing (text communication required) - follow up via email.
