Claire qualified in Indian Head Massage through the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies in 2004. During this training many of the people she worked with commented on the heat and light they experienced during treatments and suggested she may be interested in pursuing energy healing. Claire didn't pursue this until many years later, after discovering Reiki as a client and reaping the benefits of this practice. In 2024 Claire qualified in Usui Reiki Ryoho to Level 2 practitioner standard, through Awakening Light Reiki School, and looks forward to sharing the wonderful experience of connection that she has discovered through her journey and training.

Claire has a special interest in supporting those experiencing fertility challenges. Having experienced her own fertility struggles, she utilised Reiki throughout her journey, to provide a reset when treatments failed and to help restore hope and harmony. Claire is eternally grateful for the part that her Reiki practitioner played in her fertility journey, allowing for emotional release and resetting her physical and emotional balance for each new step of her treatment pathway, and is keen to give this back to others having similar experiences. Claire would never claim that Reiki can help with achieving pregnancy, however she strongly believes that Reiki can hugely support wellbeing and restore balance within the body, supporting all aspects of fertility treatments.
